Rashaya is a well-known village in the West Bekaa area of Lebanon. It is known for its high-quality natural produce and splendid scenery. Rashaya is considered one of the safest areas in Lebanon with sound social stability and no political influence. The village has witnessed recently a breakthrough in the latest telecommunication infrastructure with the reach of public fiber infrastructure and a 24/7 of power supply by independent facility service stations.

Rashaya is rich in young and dynamic human resources. Most of them are universities graduates with excellent communication skills.

RCC aims to provide the young Lebanese with an opportunity to build their faith back in their country Lebanon and to never leave it. We encourage them to stick to their land, their villages, to the splendid and rich nature around us, and to be an active and productive member of the society.

We highly believe in the BOS (Business Outsourcing Services). We have been in this industry for nearly a quarter of a decade and we thought of establishing this RCC to materialize our knowledge into something tangible and beneficial to our young society. It is time to give back :)
